With no show in 2007 due to runway resurfacing the good news is that this years’ show looks like being better than ever. Top of the bill will be The RED ARROWS, and, the mighty VULCAN, returning to Scotland’s premier airshow for the first time in 15 years. This action-packed 7-hour flying display features the RAF’s amazing TYPOON, a spectacular airfield attack scenario involving a large number of Leuchars based TORNADOs, plus a celebration of the 90th Anniversary of the RAF. Front-line military jets from foreign air forces, historic and privately owned aircraft plus a good mix in the static display, all combine to make this a tremendous airshow. If you’ve not done this tour before, it IS recommended.
Once again we stay at the enchanting SWALLOW HOTEL, just outside Dundee, 30
minutes from RAF Leuchars. The food and accommodation are excellent, as are
the gardens and grounds surrounding the Hotel. The heated indoor pool and
health facilities are available to our party. The wonderful Scottish scenery,
and the friendly atmosphere generated by our group, combines year after year
